It’s always so much relaxing when you can spend some alone time without the kids. As part of our wedding anniversary celebration, We wanted something unique, romantic, fun and affordable. So after a few clicks here and there on the web, we decided to stroll the city in one of the most possible romantic ways: a horse-drawn carriage!
It was a perfect summer evening. The experience was so delightful as we sip and chat and… Kiss for a 60-minute ride. Hummm 🙂 The scenery by the Mississippi River was peaceful and beautiful. People were waving and taking pictures of us, and our driver was kind enough to snap a couple “us-moments” as well.It was most definitely one of the most romantic 60-min we’ve spend together lately… and boy it went by so fast! We will do this more often, and sometimes, with the kids. They were in “awe” when looking at the pictures; and of course, they want to be part of the next adventure. 🙂 So, for a cool, not-so-hot afternoon, this off-the-shoulder ruffle top was perfect. When ruffle top meets denim, it gives a cool and chic vibe! Don’t you agree? Top: SheIn// Denim: Tommy Hilfiger// Bag: Justfab// Heels: Macy’s (As seen here) … And for a pop of color, this yellow bucket bag did the trick! it’s kind of my go-to bag these last days. You can’t imagine how much a pop of color can transform a simple or boring outfit into a fun and snazzy look! Try that sometimes. 😉 Did you experience a horse-drawn carriage ride before? How was your experience?Well, thank you for allowing me to share our experience with you guys.Top SheIn// Denim: Tommy Hilfiger// Bag: Justfab// Heels: Macy’s (As seen here)
Off I go! As always, thank you and have a fabulous day. Cheers!
