Kicking Off Summer…

This post was sponsored Optimum Nutrition as part of Influencer Activation and all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

There’s no better time in the year than Spring and Summer to enjoy outdoors activities, and for someone who lives in the Midwest, I cannot tell you how much this time is anticipated! We Midwesterners can’t just see a warmer weather without being overly excited to enjoy some sun-filled outdoors activities.

Can you really blame us? Let’s break out the snacks and refreshment and let’s head outdoors; but before anything and all things, let’s not forget the most important meal of the day. Kashi GO Cereal -Peanut Butter Crunch is a favorite on the breakfast table, and I have to admit that we also love to snack on them. It’s good that this cereal is plant-based and packed with 10 gram of protein in every serving; The Bonus is that, you can’t deny how great this crunchy, peanut butter goodness cereal tastes. Yummy 🙂

From biking, to beach times, to entertaining family and friends, Summer just could not come any sooner; and we know there’s no summer entertainment without some delicious meals or snacks and refreshments. Some of the most coveted drinks at our get-togethers are Anheuser Busch Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold and  Lime Cactus. If you enjoy a light and refreshing lime taste, Michelob ULTRA Lime Cactus is for you. On the other hand, Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold is a light lager with a superior golden taste.

It’s good to know that it contains no artificial colors and flavors and is triple filtered and brewed. I also like that it’s made with organic grains which not only leaves you with a fresh and pure taste; but also gives you that guilt-free feeling of drinking a better version of similar beverages. In all cases and circumstances, it’s important to drink responsibly and not to drive under influence.

Summer calls for a lot of outdoor activities and one of the things I always try to remind myself of is to always have natural and delicious snacks at hands at all times; especially when kids are involved. Trust me it’s a lifesaver. Some of favorite are Optimum Nutrition Salted Toffee Pretzel Protein Crisp. I love that they are protein bars, but they are very unique and delicious with crispy texture. Another favorite is Chocolate Donut Cake Bites.

They are deliciously whipped and coated with chocolate flavored frosting. I love that they are a convenient grab and go option for both active kids and adults. These snacks are not only delicious, but they keep you fueled for the day.

If you haven’t made up your mind yet as to if you should try these yummy snacks for your summer time activities, wait no longer. Go to your nearest Walmart now and thank me later.

We love to enjoy precious and unforgettable moments, and while we have our own Summertime traditions, we also love to experience new things and explore new places; Summer is just perfect to get out and get active and Walmart is inviting everyone to enter their Get out Get active Sweepstakes.
