If you haven’t noticed, leather pants or anything leather, for that matter, are very in this season; and I’m sure the trend isn’t going anywhere any time soon. I have gotten myself a few leather and faux leather pieces; and these dark brown culottes or pants are one of my favorite pieces from the lot. From the fit to the quality of the garment, it’s a win all around! These faux leather pants can be styled various ways in the winter and beyond, but in this post I’m showing you how I dress them up to take this outfit to the next level. Dark brown goes well with a lot of colors but you can never go wrong with black. Pairing black and brown gives you a chic and elegant finish; that’s why I opted for a black turtleneck and kept most of my accessories and shoes black. We all know Pearls are the epitome of class and elegance, so to elevate this look, I added this stacked pearls necklace that I love and cherish. Another cherished piece in my closet that was a great addition to this look is this Louis Vuitton scarf that I have owned for years. From time to time I like to splurge on pieces that will stand the course of time; and this scarf is one of those pieces. I love how these leather pants look turned out; and I hope you do too.
Now tell me, are you a fan of this whole leather trend?
As always, thank you for stopping by, and have a wonderful day!
Can we just take a moment and reflect on the fact that 2020 will be behind us in just a couple of days? This year has been one for the books with its trials and tribulations, but in the midst of it all, it’s all blessings and lessons. My heart goes out to all who have lost a loved one, especially with the emergence and rising of COVID-19 cases in the world, and mostly here in the USA. It goes without saying that we’re all hoping or praying for the best in 2021. That been said, I wish you all a safe, prosperous, and happy new year!
Well, I know you’re probably here for the fashion, so let’s get into it! 🙂 This black organza exaggerated ruffles sleeves dress is quite a statement piece. When I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for the holiday season.
Elegant, fun and edgy. The quality is okay but for the price, I couldn’t complain much. Also, I could’ve gone a size smaller for a more fitted look, but I made it work, and overall I love the cut and design of the dress.
I styled the dress with these high-knee sparkling boots for an edgy look while giving a holiday vibe. I know the dress is a statement on its own and would also be perfect and classy, paired with some nice sandals or pumps and that’s why I shot both options.
In this post, I wanted to show you how you can style two statement pieces and still make it classy and elegant; and how you can add silver sparkling boots to your holiday dress.
What are your thoughts on this look? Would you wear it on New Year Eve or ever for this matter? You can shop the look below.
I was sitting in my couch enjoying some Christmas songs, sipping on my tea, and looking through the window, at the snow falling all the while being grateful for the year of 2020 for its share of blessings and lessons and I thought to myself: let me make a quick stop here to wish my internet family a merry Christmas!
In all transparency, my family and I didn’t take a family holiday picture this year. I will spare you the details, but long story short it was due to me not being well and things not falling in place as planned. It’s also the reason why you didn’t see any Christmas or holiday content around here. I did manage to do a couple of photoshoots last minute though. 🙂 Whatever the situation may have been, my family and I are happy and grateful to be able to spend Christmas with one another, especially during this time of uncertainty. We have decided to celebrate in a very intimate way, just the five of us in the comfort of our home. The magic of Christmas still reigns, despite the crisis going on in the world; and my family and I would like to wish you all a very merry Christmas and happy holidays. Enjoy it and stay safe out there!
Christmas is right around the corner and we only have eight days left in 2020. What are guys up to? Are you all caught up with your Christmas or holiday to-do list? What about your 2020 goals? A lot can happen in eight days. I’m all open to the last minute blessing and whatever teaching that has to get to me before this year sees its end… Let’s finish 2020 strong!
This colorful satin and sheer skirt is such a pretty little number. Feminine, fun, and flirty. I decided to style it with a simple yet cute pad shoulder top to create an atypical semi-formal chic and elegant look. To complete the look, I went for some cute and classy jewelries; and the black accessories and shoes of my choice gave a nice balance to the colorful skirt. This is a cool outfit that can be worn this holiday season, if you plan to switch it up a little from the tradition Christmas or holiday colors.
What do you think of this look? Would you wear it? Check out the outfit details below if you are interested in any of these pieces.
As always, thank you for visiting, and happy holidays!
Hello Beauties! We are a week away from Christmas; and even though it’s really starting to feel a lot like Christmas, I have to admit that I’m way behind my Christmas to-do-list this year… but who can blame me right!? This whole year just had us all all over the place, but thanks to the kids, our house is now partially decorated – which needs to be completed as I’m typing these words – and I will finish Christmas shopping this weekend.
Now onto the fashion part of this post. This jumpsuit was love at first sight! The price even more so. I saw a fellow blogger post a link on an express sale that was happening; and the price was looking as good as the jumpsuit itself, so I just had to swipe up and get it!
Now this jumpsuit isn’t available anymore on the express site as it was an end of Summer sale steal, but I linked below a few similar ones that you might like.
I love everything about this jumpsuit. The color is tan-ish/pale pink, soft-light yet durable material, comfortable fit and overall top notch quality! I went for a classy look and kept my accessories to a minimal and neutral. I would definitely wear this outfit to a networking event, a workplace or a meeting… and I would dress it down for casual outings or date night. What do you think?
