Celebrating Love

I love this man!

Hello friends!
Today is a very special day for my husband and I. We are celebrating our four-year wedding anniversary, and I can shamelessly admit that I’m very romantic at heart. Memories such as this one are just so priceless to me; and it’s not only a moment of reminiscence of the actual day hubby and I tied the knot before God and men, but also the reminiscence of the love and appreciation I have for the most amazing husband on earth!

Haven’t we been through a lot TOGETHER?! Yes we have… and a whole lot. Throughout it all, we have come out even stronger in Faith and in our commitment to each other. We’ve learned to put GOD first in our marriage and, when I look back, I’m so grateful for what He has done for us, even when we didn’t realize it!

What I’ve learned during my years of relationship with the man I vowed to love, honor and cherish till the last day of my life, is that I’m not perfect and he’s not perfect; but we come to love not by finding a perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly! He is my Mister Perfect and I thank God for his life and for being the one He had bless me with!

Love isn’t about finding the one you can live with, but it’s most importantly about finding the one you can’t live without. When, even with the ups and downs you come to realize that there’s no better half for you than him, when you realize that as a couple, you two share something even more special than love… yes, something as simple as friendship, complicity, and partnership, then you can call yourself a blessed one! When you realize that Love never fails, that he loves you, even more so at your down moments, then again, you can call yourself a blessed one. So when I say, I’m blessed to be waking up everyday by the one I love with all my heart, YES, I truly mean it, I’m blessed!

My prayer, today, is that the Lord blesses us with many more happy, blissful, and peaceful years of marriage; and may His loving and tender grace always shine upon our household! Happy Anniversary to us!
