This post is way overdue! It was actually inspired by the all-time beautiful and former miss USA contestant Vanessa William’s 4th of July wedding dress, but it has been sitting in my drafts like many others all that while… don’t judge me 🙂 … In my defense, I’m a wife, a mom, an entrepreneur, a student, a blogger, a mom… did I say that already? 😀

For someone in her 50’s, I think this dress is very age appropriate and simply beautiful. I love the conservative but stylish neckline and the just-right length of train in the back! I personally think there’s no wrong or right when a bride chooses to wear a certain dress on HER wedding day. I mean, it’s her day, and obviously one of the most important days of her life, when she gets to do whatever she pleases. However, I do believe that choosing the right gown that suits your body type and your personality is very important. You want not only to look your best, but to also feel your absolute best.
