Hello Friends! I’m glad we’re meeting again trough this little platform of mine. Summer is definitely in full swing and I’m here for it! Back forward, I had this vision of me being summer or beach-body ready, but I can tell you that as much as I pictured the perfect body, arms and leg toned, waist cinch in and abs all drawn out… That was as far as I went. It was all visions and nothing really had happened… At least as of now, not yet! Ironically enough, I even gained a few pounds instead. I guess I could blame it on a lot of things. Especially my personal matter of the fact, that I need another 24 h in the day… 🙂 That would probably work in a perfect world but not so much here. Honestly, I will just take all the blame; no excuses. That being said, because summer is not over yet and I figured I better start working on that beach-body for Summer next year, I regrouped and started my trip back to the gym and eating healthier. I had quite a few wake-up calls. My thighs? I like them thick but hummm they got a lot thicker, and oh my arms too… But you know what? I’m a big advocate of loving and embracing your body and even though I’m not going to stay here and tell you that I absolutely love the extra fat I had put on in such a short period of time, I do stand by the fact that this is who I am now and I love me while working towards being a better version of myself… including having that bikini-body for instance! I said that before, didn’t I 🙂 Ok, now to this casual summer look. You know Off-The-Shoulders are the perfect trend this season, I can’t really complain. Wedges can instantly dress up any summer casual styling and that’s what I chose to do here. Do you know what to wear on 4th of July ? If not, I think this all-American girl look, will be a great option! Now, tell me I look good in these shorts! 🙂
