Hi-Lo tie-front shirt + Chevron Pants

Hi-lo-blue-tie-shirt-and-prints-pantsTGIF guys!

We made it to another day! Let’s rejoice in it. I mean, It’s one thing that October has come to an end and here we are, with the first week of November seeing its end already… but can we talk about the weather? I can’t remember the last time we were in the mid-60’s in October, let alone November in the Midwest! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining; I’m actually taking full advantage of it, but hey you know how the saying goes, human are never fully content. 🙂

As you can imagine, this outfit was worn one of these sunny-autumn days; and even if I had my silk scarf handy to keep warm in case the weather tries to play a trick on me, I didn’t need it. This sleeveless hi-lo front-tie shirt was just what I needed to go about my day. I’ve noticed that tie-front shirts or asymmetric style shirts are fashion bloggers best friends this season. I scored this one on sale at NY & Co for less than 25 bucks and I love the fit, the color and, of course the trendy style had me at “hello”. This shirt can be dressed down and look cute with a pair of white jeans, but I went a different route and added these patterned pants instead. I’ve had these chevron pants for a while. I love it so much not just because of the prints and the fits, but because it was one of my very first outfit posts which I may add, I had quite a few views and compliments on.:) See the post here

Since I wanted to keep this whole look sleek and chic, going for these blue pumps – same color as the handbag and the shirt – was my preferred choice. I love how everything turned out, and I hope you do too! Well, off I go! 😉
