My Tea times just got better with the holidays

A little random fact about me: I’m not much of a coffee person. Really not. You know the occasional coffee drinker who can’t help but take those cute photos with a Starbucks coffee in her hands, and chances are her coffee is not strong at all, a latte or mocha kind of girl, enjoying the aroma more than the coffee itself? Yep that’s me. The truth is, I may have enjoyed a cup here and there, but coffee have never been my cup of tea… Did someone say tea? I love tea!!! All kinds and types. It probably has something to do with the cute little tea parties I used to have with my siblings and little friends when I was just a little girl… who knows?  The thing is, my old self can’t stray away from a nice hot cup of tea. I’ve tried and used many blends and flavors and I’m very picky when it comes to the teas I drink. I expect a great quality and good taste at all times. Best of both worlds. Some of my favorite teas would be green tea, chamomile tea, detox tea, white tea, mint tea, chai tea, lemon ginger with a hint of peppermint (for those mid-west colder days), and passion-mango tea… Truthfully, the list could go on and on! đŸ˜€

It’s the holiday season; and there’s nothing nicer on a chilly winter or autumn day than a soothing cup of tea. My tea times just got even better. If you assumed this blanket is probably for one of my daughters, bingo… and the cutie pie was seating right in front of me with my blanket over her tiny little feet. đŸ˜€ Don’t ask me why. LOL The things we do and… share đŸ™‚ Can you relate, moms and aunties?

The other exciting thing (or only) about the evening I took these photos beside having my 3 year-old seating on the other side of the couch and constantly wanting to get in the pictures is that I was one of the luckiest people to have to try a new tea coming soon on the market. The Nourish Blend herbal tea from Golden Flourish has been a little on repeat these last days. The aroma and the taste of this tea were a tad bit strong for me at first, but I actually enjoyed it as I took more sips. Golden Flourish advertises that this tea promotes healthy immune system. Who doesn’t want that!?

tea-golden-flourishThis tea is currently NOT on the market yet, as I mentioned earlier, but will be launching this new year.  In case you are interested, the company will be taking pre-orders very soon. You can either sign up for their mailing list at or follow her on Instagram to be the first to know when they lunch.

I’m a tea girl. I love my Starbucks (and corresponding pictures) but I absolutely love teavana tea. And with a choice, I’d choose tea everytime. It’s something that I got from my mom that connects me to her. We enjoyed a great cup of black jasmine tea last week together. #BLMgirl

I am glad you liked the tea. At first herbal tea can be a bit strong, then your palate gets used to it. I hope that you continue to enjoy your Nourish Blend.

What a beautiful publication, I do not drink coffee either, I remember that the last time I had coffee in a Bruch with my friends I spent almost two days without sleep because the coffee is negative for me, so I was passionate about tea. The tea of passion and the mango that you name I have never tried and it must be very rich … of what mark is for to look for it?
    Greetings dear

Thank you for commenting gorgeous! I’m glad we have one more thing in common (Beside fashion lol ) ! Try Tazo, Stash, or yogi for the teas. I hope you like them. XOXO
