I love this utility-inspired romper! It was part of an Express Haul I did a while ago, during their end-of-summer sale. It is super comfortable and is perfect for a day of exploring the city or a random outing in town. I have styled this romper with sneakers and heels (as shown here), and I love both styles.
The color looks a lot more tan than what was shown on express‘ website, but I ended up liking it even more! 🙂 I always love pockets on a good outfit, and I’m glad this romper has them. It does run big, so if you plan on purchasing it (it is on a major sale right now) you may consider sizing down. I was personally okay with the loose fit, as it gave that casual, comfortable feel I was going for.
I think the removable belt is a great feature, because you can replace it with your own belt for a pop of color. For me, the monochromatic look is what I was going for, so keeping the belt, adding these cute natural Jessica Simpson heels pulled everything perfectly together. I did however opt for this cognac belt bag as an accessory or crossbody bag for that subtle pop of color but in the same color spectrum.
