Shades of brown| Leopard Print and Suede

Hello beauties,

Welcome to the new month of March. I pray that it’s filled of joy and prosperity. Before we get to the outfit of the day, allow me to put you up to a challenge, if you are up for it. I know it’s sometimes difficult and overwhelming to work on our daily and big goals, but it doesn’t have to be. With some planning, a lot of discipline, affirmations, and prayers, we can get a step closer to our dreams everyday. So here’s a tip I want to share with you.

Starting today, make a list of the things you’d like to accomplish this month and then make another list of 5 things you need to do every day in order to reach your goals. Make sure you’re making this second list every night before going to bed. Prepare yourself for the day to come. This list is crucial and should be different from your normal daily to-do list. Every day, start with the most difficult or most time-consuming tasks and cross them, one by one, off your list. If by the end of the day, you didn’t cross everything off the list, it’s fine. Tomorrow is another day. Add it to the following day’s list, and make sure you tackle it first and keep going. Start today and feel free to update me on your progress. I’d be happy to be your accountability partner, if you so wish. You got this! We got this! I’m rooting for you!

Now onto the fashion. 🙂

Even though I actually shot this outfit during autumn, I will have no problem wearing it now. The skirt is beautiful, lightweight and breathable and so is the blouse. I fell in love with the texture and the colors of the skirt. It’s unique, beautiful and soft to the feel. I love the high slit and the overall design. I think it’s one of those unique pieces that brings life to your wardrobe; and I love how this eclectic look turned out with the animal prints and mesh details sleeves top. I find mixing patterns, textures, and colors fun and bold; and I’m sure we’re going to be seeing a lot of that this Spring.

Speaking of Spring, are you all ready for Spring fashion? The weather has been fairly nice these past couple days here in the Midwest, and we are to believe that Spring might be peeking out earlier than expected. I’m definitely not complaining, and I’m looking forward to it. What do you think of this outfit? Would you wear it?
