Bold Stripe Maxi Cover up/Dress

It feels good to be back in action; even though I have a lot on my plate lately, I truly make effort to stop by and post here as possible as I can.

As you may know, (or may not) my blog has turned seven this August, and I have some news coming your way. I cannot make any promises on when I will be revealing what’s cooking, but just know that it’s coming soon. 🙂

My goal for the rest of the month (and upcoming weeks) is to actually share all the lost files I haven’t been able to share here, so that I can start shooting more content, as my schedule is starting to clear out a little bit.

When I say this is a “lost file,  it really is because believe it or not, these pictures were taken about a year ago on a vacation trip to Las Vegas. (You can read about that trip Here) The good news is that this is a beautiful vacation, timeless, classy (yet sexy) look; and the coverup/maxi dress is still available to shop at half the original price.

What I love about this dress is its versatility. You can dress it up or down for pretty much any occasion. It’s a show-shopper that gives you that rich auntie vibe, like the “cool kids” would say. 🙂

I have this dress in too different colors and I got lots of  compliments whether I styled it as a cover up by the pool, or as a maxi dress for brunch or a date night with the girlfriends. I have even styled the dress over jeans and shorts. Let me tell you, the styling options for this number are endless: and I truly believe that it’s the oversized maxi dress that every woman needs in their closet. The dress has adjustable sleeves and comes with a sash that can be used as a belt or a neck piece.  I also love the look of a nice contrasting belt over it to define your waist and create a nicely shaped and fabulous silhouette.

This has definitely become one of my favorite vacation pieces. The oversized floppy hat was the perfect poolside accessory for this dress. I can’t tell you enough how many compliments this look has gotten me, so ladies, do yourself a favor and snag this look before it sells out. 🙂
